Dynamic Operations Manager required for boutique coastal hotel.
Exciting opening for an experienced Operations Manager within a privately owned deluxe hotel in Suffolk. Boasting a fantastic reputation for service standards this 45 bedroomed hotel has a multi award winning restaurant, a welcoming bar and busy meetings/events department.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to implement standards and procedures to drive the business forward. This role would suit a candidate from a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel background with experience in Operations or Food and Beverage. Working closely with the hotel owners you will develop the team and oversee the day to day running of the hotel.
I am looking for an individual with a passion for hospitality able to outline and achieve targets and goals.
Salary 25000 + bonuses. Accommodation is available if required.
