A manufacturing organisation based near Woodbridge are looking to recruit a Purchasing Clerk to cover the invoicing for a 2 month period. Reporting to the purchasing manager, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving high volume invoices and processing
- Linking invoices to the delivery notes
- Coding and matching the invoices
- Using the company accounts system and excel spreadsheet work
- Query handling with internal non-finance employees
- Placing orders onto the system
