The Company:
Our client is one of the high streets most popular restaurant chains with over 70 restaurants across the UK. They are passionate about providing the finest Italian cuisine in a family orientated environment.
The Role:
You are expected to take full ownership of your business whilst maintaining company standards in order to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
Day to day management of a team of up to 20, you will be responsible for their on going development.
You will also be responsible for driving footfall in to your business through regular local marketing initiatives.
The Person:
You will be an experienced operator of either restaurants/bars and have an all round understanding of how to maximise yield, once your customers are in the front door.
Front of house skills are key to gaining this position and as such you will need to display oodles of charm and charisma and enjoy interacting with the customers on a daily basis.
As a General Manager it will be up to you to maintain this and continue all the hard work that has been put in already.
The Salary:
27k + 30%
