Hi, I am a 25-year-old female postgraduate. Looking for a like-minded female flatmate to share with. I have a two double bed flat available from September, its 10 minutes away from the centre of town, fully furnished, one of the rooms has an en suite bathroom, there is also a main bathroom, large kitchen, large sitting room, communal gardens a garage and free off street parking. I am reliable, non-smoker I dont have any pets. I drive and am extremely generous with picking up or drop offs (I do it for all the time for my friends and that is what I am looking for in a flatmate ) I know I cant wave a magic wand and make problems disappear but do I believe a smile, optimism and a shoulder to cry on does help when living together.
