Bright, spacious and clean double bedroom in a friendly and comfortable home of a Italo/Brazilian couple. We are renting this lovely double bedroom to those people who want to enjoy the Derby Horse Racing and Music Festival.
There is a neat and tidy bathroom and kitchen that you can make use anytime.
The location is great, just 7 min to Epsom city centre and very close to Epsom Downs racecourse.
