We have a spare office with 3 desks located in the prestigious 5 Star Regus office building in Guildford.
We are keen to rent this office on a rolling monthly contract over the next 12 months. We have a contractual agreement with Regus until June 2010. The normal rental cost for this office is 1800 per month which includes 3 desks, chairs and cupboards. (however, you can bring your own furniture if required). The office dimensions are 3 m x 6 m in a prime location of the building, with external views.
There is unlimited free parking and use of kitchen facilities including sink, kettle, fridge, microwave (free tea & coffee) and clean modern toilet facilities. Subsidised catering is offered at the Avaya building next door at lunchtimes.
You will have your own keys (2) for 24 hour access.
There is no minimum period so you will not be tied into a long term contract, just give a month's notice if you move on. No deposit required.
700 + Vat includes all of the above. Telecoms and Internet conection can be provided (not supplied by Regus) at very very competetive rate, as a telecoms company we can provide 1 telephone line and Broadband (3 meg) for 4 computers. There is great coverage for all the mobile phone networks, therefore you can use your own mobile phones and USB broadband if preferred.
You will not be able to rent a service office, of this quality, aywhere in Guildford at such a competetive rate.
