Our client is seeking an experienced client advisor to join their dynamic team.
Working with the local community and at all levels you will coach and advise on both a group and individual basis the basics of how to become job ready'
You will work with the individuals to identify their level training needs through 1 to 1 meeting s ensuring that their development needs are fed into personal training plans and goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and identify their vacancies.
Match clients to the appropriate job vacancies i.e. Modern Apprenticeships and NDDP
Maintain equal opportunities and health and safety checks are conducted before placements take place
Complete various and necessary administration paperwork.
To be a successful applicant you must have;
A full UK driving license with your own vehicle
Qualifications in Numeracy and Literacy (GCSEs /O' levels etc)
A background in some form of training delivery
Local knowledge of Gloucester and the surrounding areas.
Have excellent communications skills and be empathetic & Sympathetic
Experience of working with Job centre plus is also beneficial though not essential
C&G 7307 or a Teaching certificate is an advantage
