Lifestyle Assets Property Management looks after more than 140 holiday properties in Cyprus. We have an office in Gloucestershire and Paphos and we are expanding our UK based team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual, with administrative experience, to join our team for a period of 6 months on a temporary contract with the potential to lead to a permanent position.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be competent in basic Microsoft word and Excel and able to work with minimum supervision. Additionally we are looking for:
Excellent interpersonal skills
An effective communicator - both orally and in writing
Good telephone skills
Good computer skills, especially with MS Office, Word and Excel
To be a self starter, to be able to use initiative
Excellent organisational skills and able to work under pressure
A willingness to learn about our industry and Cyprus
Applicants must come from a strong administrative background
Experience in the travel sector useful
Initially the hours are flexible part time with the potential to lead to a full time position
Office location is in Cam, Dursley, and Gloucestershire
Salary: Circa 14,500 pro rata depending on experience and hours

Responsibilities will include:
Receiving, handling and processing bookings efficiently
Ensuring all booking documentation is dispatched to guests prior to departure
Monitoring and chasing all provisional bookings
Liaising with external suppliers
Guest liaison
Property owner liaison
Co-ordinate booking schedules with Cyprus office
Liaise with service suppliers, car hire, equipment hire
Update website availability
Property marketing support
Collecting guest feedback
