Team Manager - (Qualified Social Worker) required for a private Fostering Organisation, permanent contract.

Our client is looking for someone to achieve desired outcomes for children, young people and families through leading a team of staff, and through the development of appropriate partnerships with other teams, agencies and users. The client is a private fostering organisation known for its excellent standards of services and commitment to staff development. The role is based in a beautiful location, and with excellent amenities in a well established team with low turnover of staff.

The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the GSCC, have a current CRB and hold a valid UK driving license.

The successful candidate must have at least 4 years post qualification experience, significant Management experience; experience of a wide range of statutory practice environments in Children/Fostering Services; Experience of supporting less qualified or experienced colleagues through consultation and supervision; Experience of contributing to performance monitoring systems in the work place.
