Working alongside Head Chef ad taking responsibility whilst Head chef is absent. Assisting to push the business forward. Using fresh produce to create new meals providing consistent high standards. Applicants will be experienced and able to work well under pressure, direct other staff and mimic Head Chef. Must have drive and ambition.
Cooking both restaurant and bar food for a popular hotel/restaurant/bar based near Cirencester.
Salary 16-20K, working 5 in 7 days.
