This hotel offers the ultimate dining experience which will impress most! This is linked with banqueting catering for up to approximately 100.
Job Description
The intricate menu reflects seasonality with a strong emphasis on the use of locally sourced ingredients, producing fresh, intense and punchy flavours and an unforgettable dining experience. In addition to this you should have proven banqueting experience.
Required Experience
In order to be considered for the Sous position, the following requirements have to be met:
* 2 rosette fine dining experience a necessity
* creativity and flair
* good team player
* initiative and dedication.
*fantastic man-management skills
*Ability to keep a level head at all times.

Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is 20000- 22000.
