Our client is currently looking for a Relief Chef to help their brigade of 3 chefs at this busy, small 3 star hotel, in South Gloucestershire.

The successful candidate should expect to cater for an average of 30-40 covers during lunch service, with an A la Carte menu being brought in for the evenings, as well as bar snacks. Weddings and Functions can be catered for up to 80 covers.

This temporary assignment will be on an ongoing basis until a permanent position has been filled - so for the right candidate, this could even be a potential temp to perm job

Candidates applying to this position must be able to travel to the hotel on a daily basis as unfortunately, accommodation is not available. For those of you who do not drive, the nearest train station (Kemble) is a 10 minute taxi ride away so please bear this in mind before applying.
