My client is looking for a strong Pub Sous Chef to help run this kitchen in this busy Cotswold pub. The pub is popular with locals and visitors alike and has an extensive and appetising menu with an international twist. The food is fresh and is kept simple, just good honest wholesome cooking which seems to be what most people want nowadays. If you can lead and inspire a kitchen then we want to here from you. Basic food hygiene certificate required along with formal catering qualifications a distinct advantage. Live in accommodation is available if required.
