My client is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join this friendly, passionate team in the Mid/West of Cornwall to add to the current success of this award winning brigade. You will come with a good reference from your previous employer with an exceptional work ethic.
If you have previously worked within a busy kitchen, this would be ideal - but if you are seeking a more upbeat, challenging environment to work in this could be the postion you have spend hours on your PC looking for!
You will be working under a very experienced and talented Head Chef, who leads the kitchen if it where their own business so enthusiasm and integrity is present. The team need a Chef de Partie who has worked on the larder and sauce sections mainly - but if you have worked on any additional sections even better!
Covers will be quite busy due to location and quite fast paced, so ability to work on your own initiative would be preferred but you will receive support if needed.
You will have good knife skills and ability to remain calm and steady in service - as you will be working to keep standards and efficiency high.
The position for the right person is for immediate start with a salary on offer up to 16,500 per annum with the option of live in accommodation from 35 a week!
