Front Office Manager - Cheltenham - 19k
Our client is part of a leading hotel group with properties across the UK. This hotel is located in the centre of Cheltenham and consists of around 100 bedrooms, fine dining restaurant and conference and event facilities.
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager the Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the front office and reservations team. Specific responsibilities will be;
- Training and development of reception team of 7
- Ensuring brand standards are adhered to and guest satisfaction is exceeded
- Maximising occupancy and rate to meet budgets
- Duty management shifts
- Internal banking procedures
The Front Office Manager will ideally currently be working at as a front office manager looking to move to a large group offering excellent potential to develop long term, however a strong assistant or reception manager would also be considered. Candidates must have a proven ability at leading and training team members to achieve results, have a strong grasp of reservations and experience of working with fidelio.
Our client is looking to pay a competitive salary of around 18-19k along with company bonus, benefits and career progression.
