The caravan is situated less than1 mile just out of Looe, Cornwall and less
than 1 mile from a beach, on a site called Oaklands Park. It is on the internet.
The site fee is 1,800 inclusive of vat, per year, and the local council tax is 200 per year. That is extremely good for Cornwall, and considering the site is so lovely.
It is a ABI Hathaway, 37 foot by 12 foot, 4 years old, immaculate condition with a brand new free standing lounge suite, that just cost us 1400, double glazed, central heating, power shower, double bedroom, with walk in wardrobes, separate bedroom with two single beds, fitted kitchen, oven, fridge and outside is a separate shed with a fitted washing machine.
The licence is for 15 years and we have had it 4 years, we only used for week holidays. The licence will be renewable every year after the 11 years.
If you want to visit the site and have a look at the caravan you are very welcome. The keys are held at the office on site, but if that is closed when you arrive our friends (Winnie and John) at number 84 has keys and will give them to you to look around anytime they live there.
