The Hub is a UK based network of recruitment specialists utilising a centralised delivery, back office and support function or hub hence the name.
We are looking for Recruitment Partners to join the network.
You are likely to be a Recruitment professional, perhaps with your own established business or an ambitious entrepreneur keen to capitalise on your experience. If you do not have your own existing business, we can help you with branding, technology etc at no cost by joining The Hub.
We set up The Hub as part of a UK based 120m Recruitment plc to specifically cater for the UK market.
The Hub is a simple mechanism for the independent recruiter to open up additional revenue streams and develop business, utilising the delivery engine of a recruitment plc.
The Recruitment Partners generate the vacancies that they are unable to deliver competitively against and The Hub uses the delivery capability of a major recruitment plc to find the best available candidates. When the placement is made, we split the fee.
The Recruitment Partner maintains contact and the relationship with the client, but crucially opens additional delivery channels by working with The Hub, especially on roles where you are unable to deliver.
