No cold calling! In this position you will handle a constant stream of enquiries by telephone and email from business and private individuals who require shipping services.
The Internal Sales Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of incoming sales enquiries and therefore certain skills will be essential.
- Previous and proven track record in a B2B or B2C sales or sales co-ordinatoer role.
- Ist class verbal and written communication skills
- Fully experienced with MS Word & Excel
- Able to work under pressure with a high volume of incoming calls
- Develope and maintain enquiry records with an effective follow up system
- Concientious and effecient in meeting commitments & deadlines
- Be a team player within a small and highy motivated office
It would be desirable but not essential that you have experience in international freight forwarding or international removals industries.
