Telesales Advisor job based in Exeter.
My client requires an experienced telesales advisor to join their salesdepartment on a permanent basis. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for generating your own sales against set targets.
Key responsibilities include:
To generate sales of appropriate products and services using a variety of methods, ie. outbound and inbound Telesales, e-mail.
Working towards the achievement of set targets to maximise contribution to Company revenue targets.
Where appropriate generate hot leads for the Account Managers from inbound or outbound methods
Contact customers, following leads generated by the Marketing Department, from systems generated calling lists, and in line with business strategies for outbound campaigns, in order to close sales and/ or develop customer relationships and loyalty.
Respond to incoming calls from existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and seeking to close sale of appropriate products and services
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS TELESALES EXPERIENCE WHEN APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE
