Customer Services job based on the outskirts of Exeter.
A position has arisen to join the customer services department of a successful communications company on the outskirts of Exeter. The main responsibility of the role will be to provide high levels of customer service for both internal and external customers, in order to attract and retain business to maximise customer satisfaction.
Knowledge and experience of working within a customer services environment is essential, as well as a pro active approach to your work, being self motivated and possessing excellent communication skills.
Previous experience within a call centre environment or a very customer service focused role would be an advantage when applying for this position.
