Exciting opportunity to manage a beautiful 20 plus bedded residential home located in Devon.
As Home Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment and training of staff and ensuring that care plans are in place and cover service users needs. In addition, you will liaise with various external agencies including GP's, Nurses and the Care Quality Commission to ensure that needs are met as well as dealing with service users relatives.
Other duties will include maintaining the budget and finances, ensuring that staff costs remain within the budget as well as delegation of duties and ensuring their implementation.
This is a varied role that will see the successful candidate undertake responsibility for a large older persons care home and continue to improve upon already high standards set by the company. Previous knowledge of working within a management position is essential. Previous experience within a Nursing home environment would also be desirable.
The role will pay a competitive salary of 26,000 per year with the opportunity for a pay rise in the first year.
