The company has a portfolio of 30 unique non-branded pubs believing in very high standards of food and beverage service, with cleverly developed concepts in several areas around the country.
An energetic and focused Pub Management Couple, passionate about hospitality, yet strong enough to manage a team of staff, is desired for a character destination quality non-branded establishment.
As a Pub Management Couple your tasks will include the day-to-day pub management of the operation, leading by example and ideally have a non branded bar/food restaurant background. You will have gained your experience from at least two years pub management within a pub/restaurant environment and be an excellent host with superior customer care skills.
You will be achievers, setting and maintaining high standards, yet with the ability to establish positive relations with both customers and colleagues alike. You will have total responsibility for your pub with financial assistance and be targeted to drive sales and profitability.
