We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team at this busy brasserie/restaurant in Lyme Regis.
Due to increasing success and popularity, this busy restaurant in Lyme Bay are looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef to assist in maintaining and building and excellent reputation.
The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in a similar establishment, ideally but not decisively at 1 or 2 Rosette level.
The salary is between 18,000 and 20,000 and live in can be provided.
