This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing person to join one of the UK's leading Digital Marketing Agencies. The position will be to act as a "go between" to interpret the Technical Team "jargon", support Sales Team and satisfy Client demands.
The successful applicant will need to have a good level of technical understanding and generally understand the business needs of the Clients.
There is a constant requirement from clients for information on what work is being completed by the technical team, this information needs to be translated in an understandable manor to the client, and as such requires a good technical understanding as well as excellent client facing skills. The client base is varied, but includes some of the biggest brands in the world.
This role is of paramount importance due to the broad remit and delegation within different business units and being the face that clients see. You will be binding the business together, allowing it to function efficiently. You will need to be strong willed to withstand pressure from strong mined Pod Leaders and Senior Management, but will receive full support and guidance through the role.
