I am currently working on a vacancy on behalf of a small to medium seized building contractor who are actively looking for a Contracts Manager to join their established team. The role is on a permanent basis and salary is highly negotiable.
The office is based in the Hertfordshire area although the work will be spread across Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. My client deal with projects ranging in size from 250,000 - 8,000,000. These are a mixture of new build, refurbishment and fit out projects.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a Contracts Manager running multiple sites and will have the ability to run the site with a hands on approach.
