Mitchells and Butlers is the leading operator of managed pubs and restaurants in the UK and we are currently recruiting for The Martello in Clacton-on-Sea in Essex. This site is a Toby Carvery site and they are looking for a high volume, experienced Kitchen Manager.
The successful applicant will be trained on all aspects of a Mitchells and Butlers kitchen and will be working alongside some of Mitchells and Butlers accredited Chefs to ensure you are fully trained for the Kitchen Manager role.
Offering a salary of 23,000 - 25,000 plus a very achievable bonus. NVQ 1, 2 & 3 training is also offered to all Chefs working for Mitchells and Butlers as well as a range of training and development courses.
This site is one of the busiest Toby Carvery sites, so the successful Kitchen Manager will need to be very experienced in high volume kitchens within a branded operation.
