Our Pub Management Company S & C Leisure Ltd are looking for a number of Head Chefs for their units in North Essex. We require a chef for our pub in Great Totham, and 2 for our pubs in the Manningtree area. You must have proven ability and experience to operate a busy pub kitchen, be able to motivate and supervise staff, to produce our signature dishes and to create good quality Specials. We try and keep the same menu for all our units, and this is overseen by our Operations Director. Each unit's chef will be able to create special dishes and add their own flair to the menu. Our chefs can create special themed menus and may be required to prepare menus for outside catering events. We at S & C work as a team and welcome new ideas from all our staff.
