The Head Chef at this small but beautiful family run boutique hotel is looking for an outstanding Commis Chef that is passionate about great food. The small number of rooms and restaurant settings mean that the kitchen team can focus on ensuring that all the food cooked is excellent. All the Chefs have a passion for food and it is expected that anyone joining the Chefs team will feel the same.
The kitchen is spotlessly clean and full of all the top gadgets to help the Chefs create some outstanding food.
Own transport is essential due to location.
As a Commis Chef our client expects the candidates we submit to have had a least 6 months catering experience, ideally within a Fresh Food based restaurant. But our client will expect to see and hear about your ambitions and interest in the industry additionally they will want to talk to you and see what style of food you like.
Full training will be provided by the friendly team who will encourage you to constantly improve your cooking under their guidance.
Benefits for:
Full Time Hours but not too high!
Negotiable basic salary at least 6 per hour
