Deputy Manager required in this refreshed Vintage Inn. You will be required to have a sound knowledge of both Front & Back of House procedures and be ambitious in wanting to move your career forward. This position provides live-in accommodation.
Who are you?
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, as well as getting involved in strategic activities such as setting targets and driving local marketing campaigns. You will enjoy the buzz of running shifts and love spending time setting and reviewing goals for your team members and supervisors.
Our Assistant Managers need to:
Be passionate about Guest service and standards
Have experience in management, ideally in a branded, hospitality environment
Be enthusiastic about food and hands-on in the kitchen
Be willing to learn our IT systems and be heavily involved in business controls
Enjoy the buzz of running shifts
Enjoy spending time setting and reviewing goals for your team members and supervisors
Be ambitious, wanting to further your career in management in the future
