Reporting to the F and B Manager and Front of House Manager you will be organising and running weddings, functions, training new staff and stock rotation.
You must have excellent customer service and communication skills, always going the extra mile for the customer and be able to manage staff including training and development. You will need to have experience of working in conference and banqueting and in busy restaurants.
Duties will include working in the bar, restaurant and banqueting rooms, you will be responsible for keeping the bars, restaurant and banqueting rooms clean and tidy. You will build a strong communication with the F & B manager, head chef and front of house manager to ensure standards are high at all times. Other duties will include ordering and maintaining stock of minerals, post mix syrups and dry store goods as required and ensuring function teas and coffees are delivered as per requested on function sheets.
Hours will include split shifts and weekend depending on events and functions.
