My Client is a chain of Italian restaurants inspired by their love of fresh, simple Italian cooking. They are passionate about what they do and enjoy sharing that with their staff and guests alike.
They are in the process of launching a new concept where style and fresh authentic Italian food go hand in hand. This new brand is in its early stages but the long term plan is to role it out across the estate and to continue to open restaurants in new exciting locations.
They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in the management of a high volume branded operation within one of its many well chosen locations across the UK.
As a company they are known for recruiting from within especially at General Manager and Operations Manager level and pride themselves on the personal development they offer to their Assistant Restaurant Managers.
The right candidate for this Assistant Restaurant Manager vacancy will have solid experience of working within a high volume food environment at least at an Assistant Restaurant Manager level and knowledge of back office operations. The real key to these businesses are the people and so personality and people management skills are important as is a drive to succeed but never at the expense of your customer or your team.
