My client, based in Harlow, is looking to take on an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy and expanding team for a maternity cover contract.
Based in a hard working and lively environment, the ideal candidate must have good experience in a similar role.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that customers settle their accounts within their agreed credit periods and any enquiries are understood and resolved. The role is also responsible for facilitating the set up of new customer accounts, allocating payments made by customers to the correct account.

The main functions of the role are:
Ensuring that payments are collected within agreed credit terms.
Resolving queries .
Ensuring payments are posted to the correct accounts.
Ability to work in a highly demanding front line customer-facing environment.
Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Ability to work to challenging targets and deadlines.

This role requires someone to be a team player and able to learn quickly.
