I have a single room available for rent in Grays. It is a two bedroom flat to share with another professional guy. The flat itself is very clean and well maintained and is 5mins walk to Grays town centre and the train station with also very easy acess to Lakeside. You will have full access to all the facilities in the flat such as washing machine, kitchen stuff etc. The price includes all bills and broadband internet.
About me, i am a very easy going down to earth type of guy, work as a professional and sometimes work away from home. Therefore it is important i have someone at home i can trust and who is responsible.
