Looking for a roomie for our single room....someone tidy, friendly and not too loud..
The house is 10min walking distance to newbury park central line station station and the rent is only 85pw including bills,net etc.
The room is in a 3bedroom semi, with a drive and garden. If your looking for somewhere non crowded, always clean, tidy, quite but friendly this is it.
the people in the house:2female postgrads, 1male doc. All friendly but not 'loud in your face types'& v tidy.
house is close to shops, bus stops etc. Area is very safe and quite.
