I have just renovated a lovely 4 bed victorian house, the house is in a quiet street, 3 minutes walk to Westcliff train station and 2 minute walk to bars and shops on hamlet court road. i am a very tidy person, so am looking for someone who can keep clean I work in london 5-6 days a week, i am easy going and friendly. As for the house, you will have your own living room, shared with one other housemate, i have own lounge, also bathroom only shared with one other as i have ensuite all brand new fittings, lovely garden, huge kitchen breakfast room.
I ask for 1 months rent in advance and 1 months deposit, AND REFS. Couples are considered, but will be 125pw for room.
