This small country house hotel, located approximately 20 minutes from Sheffield is currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager.
Job Description
A suitable candidate is required to manage this hotels quality restaurant. The restaurant has 2 rosettes and you will be managing a team of 5. You will also be responsible for small amounts of private dining, conferences and weddings. This role will not involve any office work or financial responsibility.
Required Experience
Experience of working in a 2 rosette restaurant is required to be successful in this role. You must be a hands on manager who isn't afraid of hard work and has excellent leadership skills. You must have already worked in a supervisory position and be able to show commitment to your previous roles. You will be an outgoing individual who has excellent customer service skills and the ability to increase sales.
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is 20,000 plus tips.
