My client is a stunning hotel in the Mid/North West region seeking an experienced Head Chef to aim their standards high and achieve results. This position is available IMMEDIATELY so all those Chefs out of work - APPLY NOW!
After some refurbishment, they are now seeking a Head Chef to take the hotel onto the next level. Currently operating at 2 Rosette standards, they want to maintain this high standard and develop the food operation to the next level. I am looking for candidates with exceptional work history, man management skills and a background of a similar standard.
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef so must be able to deliver current food costings accurately, work at 70-72% GP standard, manage a brigade of 14 chefs assisting with further training/development and working with both fine dining and banqueting covers going up to 500+.
Your main focus will be to over see and manage a re launch of a new restaurant within the hotel, so possessing exceptional organizational skills, brand new innovative idea's for menu's and how the restaurant will be successful, will be a requirement within the first 6 months. Previous chefs who have contributed towards a new opening or have been part of a transitional stage in business ownership would be a great contender.
