Burton Albion Football Club. Due to our expanding business, we are looking to recruit a Chef who has experience in providing volume catering whilst maintaining high quality catering for all occasions. The role will require the chef to provide the highest quality formal dining as well as informal buffets. The role will include ordering and management of stock, managing the team within the kitchen, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness, as well as designing and refreshing a selection of menus. As with all successful catering outlets we require our catering staff to be flexible with their hours and work according to the demands of the business.
