Operations manager for a 100 bedroom hotel with conference and banqueting facilities. The hotel also operates a busy restaurant also open to the public. The role will be hands on with the main part of the position involved in the Food and Beverage area. The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and the ability to run the conferences and banquets. The role will involve weekend work and evenings. You must be able to forecast figures and manage heads of department.
