Anyone Interested In Starting An Indie rock Cover Band

So I got talking to this band that were performing indie/rock cover songs in Walkabout the other night and they were saying that the money's really good!
Bit about me: I actually write my own songs but I can't play an instrument. Ultimately I want to move to London and meet musicians and start my own band but would like about a years experience of gigging and what not first.
So If you are a drummer/guitarist/bassist and la-dee-da then get in touch. Like I said... venues are always looking for cover bands so I reckon it's a good way to go.
I only sing, so if you're reading this and only play a certain instrument then we should definitely get together and practice and when we think we're good enough we can get in touch with some venues and see what's up.
I adore indie/rock music... The Kills, Subways, Biffy Clyro, Radiohead, Muse, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Bloc Party, Arctic Monkey's, Raconteurs......
I think the music we perform would have to be of a more commercial nature - think Kooks, Oasis, Fall Out Boy... but we'd get to have fun performing and make a few bob while we're at it!
