We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide a comprehensive and confidential receptionist/administrative and clerical service to meet the needs of a legal office.

It would be useful but not a requirement if the candidates could demonstrate a keen interest in law together with legal qualifications and / or experience of working in a legal department.

Duties involve administrative responsibility related to the work of the Section, which may involve written, face-to-face or telephone contact with the public and internal colleagues and requires the use of simple IT. Therefore it would useful if you have:

Good written/oral communication skills.
Basic numeracy.
Organisational skills.
Customer focused.
Able to meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products

Working hours are Monday-Friday between 9am-5.30pm. Salary dependant on experience and skills set. It would be desirable if the candidate could speak and Asian language i.e. Urdu, Punjabi or European language.
