Chef de Partie Required for busy Northanmpton Hotel

Our client, a 3 star hotel in Northampton is currently seeking a permanent Chef de Partie to join their team of 4 chefs.
The hotel is just minutes away from a nearby motorway, and accommodation is not available, therefore someone with their own transport who can commute each day would be preferable, although this is not essential.
The main menu is traditional and varied, but they do also run a daily specials board. You would also be catering for their bar menu which offers light lunches and snacks.
