This prestigious gastro pub is looking for an assistant manager to run a busy bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will have worked in this environment before and have a good knowledge of G.P & costings. This environment is heavily food based and a confident, fun individual will be an asset. You will be in charge of around 12 full time stagg and 20 part time staff.
Due to location a full driving licence is required and a personal licence desirable. It is a 4.5 day working week with split shifts. The salary starts at 18,000.
