This is a fine 32 TV. Its has superb picture quality. Sound too is very good and the TV comes with the cabinet, remote and three additional Panasonic speakers. This is in addition to the built in sound. One of the additional speakers are built in the cabinet and other two are separate. I have kept the two side speakers on top of the TV in one of the photos. The remote is in good condition but it is missing the battery cover.
