Studio space needed (20 pw)

I'm after a studio space to use on occasional weekends for photography. It needs to be about 300 sq ft or bigger. I'm looking within about a 10 mile radius of Rugby. It must have ceiling heights of at least 8 foot. Other than that it just needs to be clean, have power outlets and be cheap!. It's doesn't have to be 20 a week I just put that in in order for the advert to be accepted.
