Bathroom and electric shower will be renovated before new tenants move in.
Some carpets will be replaced and house will be fully redecorated before the start of the new tenancy agreement.
Rent is 900 per calendar month for a 10 month tenancy for 4 people. This includes the water bill but doesn't include any other utilities. If let to students then there is no council tax, if let to others then council tax is not included and tenant will be responsible for it.
I am happy to be flexible when the start of the tenancy is but I am to have it ready for August. I am happy for an agreement to be made about staying over the Summer holidays at the end of the year.
