Beresford Blake Thomas is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Cambridge office. We are looking for candidates that want to succeed in a target driven role with competitive and rewarding results in a global corporation. You will have excellent communications skills, prior sales experience, be able to multi task and work well under pressure within a team and independently. For this role you will be cold calling clients and candidates, documenting client details and vacancy requirements. Attending recruitment fairs and other exhibitions or business events, to expand the client business development and candidate database. Preparing advertisement to attract new applicants for your vacancies using a wide range of media sources. Carrying out face to face and telephone interviews with candidates and matching their abilities to your vacancies. You will be identifying clients and candidates objections and effectively meeting them. Keeping up to date with the recruitment industry and the sector you will be working in.
