This company seek proactive RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS/Managers who will develop & maintain a client base through generation of new and existing clients.
Duties:
To obtain vacancies and place suitably matched candidates into vacancies in an efficient and professional manner within the healthcare and education sector
To interview and assess candidates and discuss suitable vacancies with local hospitals
Liaise between clients and candidates to arrange interviews and follow ups
Prepare candidates for interviews
Telephone existing clients to ensure that all vacancies are up to date
Visit clients to obtain new business as well as service visits
Referencing and compliance
Attributes, Experience & Skills:
Recruitment experience is a must ideally within public sector recruitment, however will look at experience Temps consultants from other sectors of recruitment
Professional, polished & well presented
Sales driven and self motivated
Able to work well under pressure
Good communication skills
Excellent time management
