Kangacrew are delighted to be working with a well established and Nursery Chain of around 35 Nurseries, to assist with recruiting a Nursery Manager for their new Nursery in Cambridge.

The nursery in Cambridge is seeking an ambitious individual to join their team and continue the high level of standard throughout the nursery.
As part of the management team you will be responsible for managing and leading the entire nursery team whilst also being accountable for the overall management of the nursery including financial, customer care, regulatory and so forth.
The ideal candidate should have five years qualified experience; this should incorporate at least two years experience of management. They should also have a sound knowledge of Ofsted's standards alongside excellent communication skills. Your parent relations and your understanding of key care and education issues in the nursery should be proven.
Finally you should be able to multi-task, delegate effectively and be a role model practitioner.
