We are looking for a passionate Executive Head Chef, with the determination and drive to uphold the already excellent reputation of the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have previous rosette experience and have worked in four star hotel kitchens. You will be ensuring quality and high levels of service are exercised at all times. You must be extremely dedicated, with the flair and imagination to continually raise standards, improving quality in the restaurant and banqueting. Applicants must have a minimum of Basic Food Hygiene and sound business knowledge.
